We don’t believe preservatives should be in your chocolate. Because of that, we hand-make each order instead of having large quantities sitting in storage. Please allow a few days production time before we can ship out your order. It may take a little longer, but we need time to custom make your chocolate!
Damaged order policy.
We all hate to receive an item damaged or that is incorrect! If you order something shipped directly from our store to your door and it is not in good condition, we will make it right!
Any other shipping issues (i.e. Missing or undelivered order, stolen packages, etc.), please reach out to the carrier with the tracking number we provided on your confirmation. Once the order leaves our store we cannot guarantee its progress. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Heat isn’t our friend.
Shipping is at your own risk. Please have someone available at your delivery location (or deliver to an office) so your package does not sit outside. Don’t forget that we cannot refund you for melted candy so be careful on what candy you choose! For added protection, we do offer a cold pack shipping product. Be sure to add it to your cart before checking out!
